About the Apartment

This apartment in Thessaloniki has been renovated and decorated keeping in mind the needs of a modern traveler. It's prime location is definitely its best characteristic, although its amenities and hand-picked furniture will steal your heart, together with the view over the Church of Agia Sofia.

Bedroom has queen-size bed, A/C unit and desk, ideal for business travelers, and is extremely spacious. The beautiful living room, with A/C, flat screen TV, top-notch decoration and direct access to balcony with great views is the perfect place to return to after a long walk exploring Thessaloniki. Kitchen is fully equipped as well, and the apartment has central heating.

Useful Information

We always welcome our guests to the apartment in person and show them around. During check-in, there is a detailed description of the flat's amenities, many tips on where to dine and shop in Thessaloniki, which buses to use etc. We also provide 24/7 on-call service for maintenance or other urgent issues, as well as concierge services.

We strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. 

If you’re looking for 24/7 room service, we strongly suggest that you book your accommodation elsewhere. But if you’re looking for a chilled out, cozy atmosphere… a home away from home, then by all means book with us.

Under the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.

About the Neighborhood

Parking in the city center is extremely rare and paid by the hour. In case you are coming by car, please let us know in advance so we can recommend closest parking spaces.

Boho Chic Apartment is located right in the center of Thessaloniki, on Ermou a street, Agia Sofia district.

Agia Sofia district is the perfect blend of down-town easy access to everything you can imagine, and quiet neighborhood. 

We kindly ask you to

• respect the non-smoking policy.
• take your rubbish out on a daily basis. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located under the apartment.
• keep it quiet during :

1. 15:00 – 17:30 and 23:00 – 07:00 (1/4 – 30/9)
2. 15:30 – 17:30 and 22:00 – 07:30 (1/10 – 31/3)

• save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless or the A/Cs working while balcony doors are open.
