About the Apartment

This apartment in Thessaloniki has been renovated and decorated keeping in mind the needs of a modern traveler. 

It might be challenging for people with mobility difficulties to reach the apartment because there are some steps before and after the elevator.

Bedroom has a double bed and a celing fan, a study room with a desk, ideal for business travelers.

The beautiful living room, with A/C, flat screen TV, top-notch decoration and direct access to balcony where you can enjoy your coffee.

All kitchen appliances, like oven, cooker,dishwasher and fridge, are brand new. The bathroom has a shower cabin, as well as a washing machine.

Useful Information

We always welcome our guests to the apartment in person and show them around. During check-in, there is a detailed description of the flat's amenities, many tips on where to dine and shop in Thessaloniki, which buses to use etc. We also provide 24/7 on-call service for maintenance or other urgent issues, as well as concierge services.

We strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. 

If you’re looking for 24/7 room service, we strongly suggest that you book your accommodation elsewhere. But if you’re looking for a chilled out, cozy atmosphere… a home away from home, then by all means book with us.

Under the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.

About the Neighborhood

We're always available to meet our guests in person and welcome them to the apartment. Transfers from/to the airport can be arranged in advance as well.

Just 5 minutes on foot from the seaside, the White Tower, TIF Helexpo, the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the Historical Center of the city, the apartment does not even require the use of public transport to move around.

Parking in the city center is extremely rare and paid by the hour. In case you are coming by car, please let us know in advance so we can recommend closest parking spaces.

Within a few meters distance, there are 3 different bus stops where you can catch a bus to every direction. Either coming from the central bus station, train station or airport, there are buses that leave you within walking distance to the apartment.

We kindly ask you to

• respect the non-smoking policy.
• take your rubbish out on a daily basis. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located under the apartment.
• keep it quiet during :

1. 15:00 – 17:30 and 23:00 – 07:00 (1/4 – 30/9)
2. 15:30 – 17:30 and 22:00 – 07:30 (1/10 – 31/3)

• save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless or the A/Cs working while balcony doors are open.
