About the Apartment

Upon entering, you're greeted by a welcoming and bright atmosphere. The kitchen, complete with all essentials (nespresso machine, dishwasher, microwave , fridge, toaster, kettle, oven), includes a dining area for enjoying home-cooked meals or a morning cup of coffee.

The apartment features two bedrooms: one with a comfy double bed, and the other with a sofa bed suitable for up to two guests. The second bedroom also features a desk, ideal for business travellers, and a balcony overlooking the lively Alexandrou Svolou street.

The tastefully adorned living room with an A/C unit, offers a cozy retreat for relaxation. A second dining table here provides a delightful space for intimate meals and gatherings with loved ones.

The apartment also includes a bathroom equipped with a shower.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor and there is an elevator.

*Please note that there is currently exterior building maintenance with scaffolding outside of the apartment.

During your stay

We always welcome our guests to the apartment in person and show them around. During check-in, there is a detailed description of the flat's amenities, many tips on where to dine and shop in Thessaloniki, which buses to use etc. We also provide 24/7 on-call service for maintenance or other urgent issues, as well as concierge services.

We strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. 

If you’re looking for 24/7 room service, we strongly suggest that you book your accommodation elsewhere. But if you’re looking for a chilled out, cozy atmosphere… a home away from home, then by all means book with us.

Under the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.

About the Neighborhood

We're always available to meet our guests in person and welcome them to the apartment. Transfers from/to the airport can be arranged in advance as well.

Parking in the city centre is extremely rare and paid by the hour. In case you are coming by car, please let us know in advance so we can recommend the closest parking spaces.

take your rubbish out on a daily basis. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located under the apartment.

15:30 – 17:30 and 22:00 – 07:30 (1/10 – 31/3).

save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless or the A/Cs working while balcony doors are open.
