Located on the 4th floor, 6 fully equipped apartments 4.01-4.06, provide hassle-free short or long accommodation.
Thoughtfully designed with bespoke finishes, modern furnishings, and all the necessary amenities, these apartments will make you enjoy that “Feels Like Home” sensation.
4.05 can accommodate up to 4 guests for a comfortable stay and it is accessible by a lift.
About the Apartment
In the spacious bedroom there is a queen size bed, an A/C unit, a closet and a small desk, while it is surrounded by windows offering a great view.
The beautiful living room with a smart TV, an A/C unit, top-notch decoration and direct access to the small balcony with great view, is the perfect place to return to after a long walk exploring Thessaloniki. A sofa bed can accommodate 2 more guests in the living room, too.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped, with a big fridge, a Nespresso machine, a washing machine and a dining table. The private full bathroom features a shower cabin.
4.05 is a well lit apartment, in which the windows invite a great amount of natural sunlight through the whole space.
Nested on the zero point of Thessaloniki and close to Church of Holy Apostles, the oldest one in Thessaloniki and UNESCO World Heritage Site, you will undoubtedly feel like a local in this traditional locals area.

In a short distance someone can find many bus stops, making it really easy to get around Thessaloniki.

About the Neighborhood
The Church of the Holy Apostles (Greek: Agioi Ἀpostoloi) is a Byzantine church of the 14th century and a monument included on the UNESCO World Heritage list Unesco, where it is just a few meters away and is worth visiting.
This area, where the 4.0 apartments are located, is the zero point of the city, from where the kilometric distance from Thessaloniki to the other cities is measured and it is called the ''official center".
This small neighborhood is inhabited by locals who adore their area due to the picturesqueness of the location. Do not forget to buy some traditional products from the small shops in the area where you will find everything you need during your stay and you will feel like a local, as well.
We kindly ask you to
- respect the non-smoking policy.
- take your rubbish out on a daily basis. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located under the apartment.
- keep it quiet during :
- 15:00 – 17:30 and 23:00 – 07:00 (1/4 – 30/9)
- 15:30 – 17:30 and 22:00 – 07:30 (1/10 – 31/3).
- save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless or the A/Cs working while balcony doors are open.
