Spacious and luminous apartment in one of the oldest and most traditional neighbourhoods in Thessaloniki with 2 separate bedrooms for up to 4 guests.It is located on the second floor and it is accessible only by stairs( no lift). 

Respecting the flat’s existing authentic furniture, as well as adding modern and practical brand new furniture, we were able to create a space for a memorable stay!

About the Apartment

Vintage books and the golden mirror blend in effortlessly with the modern furniture, flat screen TV and brand new electrical appliances.

The living room has a sofa, a flat screen TV and it is connected with the dining room where there is a dining table, a bookcase and an A/C unit.

Both bedrooms have brand new beds while the decoration is a mix of old furniture with modern details.Main bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom and Bedroom II has 2 single beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven,coffee machine ( Nespresso) and dishwasher while at the small balcony there is also a washing machine.

There is one more bathroom with a shower, as well!

Useful Information

Please keep in mind that the apartment is located on the second floor and is accesible only by stairs as there is no lift in the building.

We always welcome our guests to the apartment in person and show them around. During check-in, there is a detailed description of the flat's amenities, many tips on where to dine and shop in Thessaloniki, which buses to use etc. We also provide 24/7 on-call service for maintenance or other urgent issues, as well as concierge services.

Under the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.

About the Neighborhood

Mavili Square, the small square at the intersection of Gladstonos and Palama at the northwestern edge of the city centre.In a short distance you can visit the Church of the Holy Apostles and the Pasha Hamam baths.This old picturesque neighbourhood is ideal to explore Thessaloniki and take inspiration from a beauty blast to the past.

We're always available to meet our guests in person and welcome them to the apartment. Transfers from/to the airport can be arranged in advance,as well.

A paid parking is provided in a close distance, with a daily cost of 12€, more information regarding this will be sent upon booking your stay.

We kindly ask you to

• respect the non-smoking policy.
• take your rubbish out on a daily basis. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located under the apartment.
• keep it quiet during :
• 15:00 – 17:30 and 23:00 – 07:00 (1/4 – 30/9)
• 15:30 – 17:30 and 22:00 – 07:30 (1/10 – 31/3)
• save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless or the A/Cs working while balcony doors are open.
