In the picturesque and historic Upper Town (Ano Poli) of Thessaloniki, you will find the apartment ''Eliosky", located on the lower level of a three-story building, with a private terrace and stunning views of Thessaloniki and its port. Whether you're looking for a relaxing retreat or a base to explore the city's rich heritage, this apartment is the ideal choice.

About the house

Upon entering, you'll descend a few stairs into a welcoming living space that includes a sofa bed and a dining table—providing ample room to relax or enjoy a meal. To the left, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, microwave, and filter coffee machine—ideal for preparing meals or enjoying a warm cup of coffee.

The apartment also boasts a well-sized bathroom complete with a bathtub and washing machine, making it perfect for extended stays. Kindly note that paper products should not be flushed down the toilets—please dispose of them in the provided bins.

The bedroom, located on the right, is furnished with a double bed and an additional sofa bed. It is equipped with a Smart TV and air conditioning and the apartment affords radiators ensuring a pleasant environment year-round. 

One of the apartment's standout features is its private terrace, where you can enjoy incredible panoramic views of Thessaloniki and the sparkling port. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs, providing the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and take in the breathtaking scenery. Please note that the property is a non-smoking area due to the surrounding branches. 

This apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and local charm, making it an ideal base for your Thessaloniki adventure. Whether you're exploring ancient landmarks, dining at nearby restaurants, or simply relaxing on the terrace, you'll find everything you need for a memorable stay.

We always welcome our guests to the apartment in person and show them around. During check-in, there is a detailed description of the flat's amenities, many tips on where to dine and shop in Thessaloniki, which buses to use etc. We also provide 24/7 on-call service for maintenance or other urgent issues, as well as concierge services.

We strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. 

If you’re looking for 24/7 room service, we strongly suggest that you book your accommodation elsewhere. But if you’re looking for a chilled out, cosy atmosphere… a home away from home, then by all means book with us.

Under the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.

For those traveling by car, parking can be a bit challenging during peak hours. However, you can park in the center and walk to the apartment, take a taxi, or use public transportation. If you choose to find parking near the apartment, you'll pass through Eptapyrgio Street and head towards the Byzantine walls. Bus lines 22 and 23 both serve the area. Bus 22 stops at “Platia Tsitsani,” and bus 23 at the “Platanos” stop, making the apartment easily accessible by bus.

We kindly ask you to

• respect the non-smoking policy.
• take your rubbish out on a daily basis. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located under the apartment.
• keep it quiet during :
• 15:00 – 17:30 and 23:00 – 07:00 (1/4 – 30/9)
• 15:30 – 17:30 and 22:00 – 07:30 (1/10 – 31/3).
• save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless or the A/Cs working while balcony doors are open.
