About the Apartment

The Singing Leaf Apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building (with a lift) and can accommodate up to 3 guests.

In the apartment, you will find a charming living room with 1 couch (1 guest can sleep here), two armchairs, a flat screen smart TV and a dining table with chairs.Enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine to the private balcony with a view to the pedestrian street and the old buildings of the city!

The fully equipped kitchen with all essential appliances(Nespresso machine,toaster,oven, fridge,microwave) lets you prepare your own Greek meals.

The Bedroom has a double bed,a wardrobe and an A/C unit.

There is one bathroom with a shower, as well!

Useful Information

We always welcome our guests to the apartment in person and show them around. During check-in, there is a detailed description of the flat's amenities, many tips on where to dine and shop in Thessaloniki, which buses to use etc. We also provide 24/7 on-call service for maintenance or other urgent issues, as well as concierge services.

We strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. 

If you’re looking for 24/7 room service, we strongly suggest that you book your accommodation elsewhere. But if you’re looking for a chilled out, cosy atmosphere… a home away from home, then by all means book with us.

Under the Greek Law, we are obligated to register your stay, so the passport or ID number of the person making the reservation is needed.

About the Neighborhood

The apartment is steps away from central historical monuments like Kamara, Rotonta, the White Tower and the city’s museums.

Around the neighbourhood you may taste local seafood restaurants or street food in the Navarinou area.

The apartment is the ideal spot when exhibitions are realised at Helexpo.

Parking in the city centre is extremely rare and paid by the hour. In case you are coming by car, please let us know in advance so we can recommend the closest parking spaces.

take your rubbish out on a daily basis. Recyclables may be separated, gathered together in large bags and be thrown into large blue bins located under the apartment.

keep it quiet during :
15:00 – 17:30 and 23:00 – 07:00 (1/4 – 30/9)
15:30 – 17:30 and 22:00 – 07:30 (1/10 – 31/3).

save resources, both water and electricity. Please think in a more sustainable way and do not let water running useless or the A/Cs working while balcony doors are open.
